HEAD OF MAINTENANCE AND JANITORIAL JOB OPENING

 Head of Maintenance and Janitoral ensures supplies are properly ordered and stocked, and provides the tools and equipment needed to perform required maintenance. Establishes schedules, duties, and procedures for custodial staff to perform all needed cleaning work in a timely and effective manner.  Leading all maintenance processes and operations. Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance. Maintaining all machinery to ensure it's at working standards. Creating and implementing maintenance procedures. 

Will be responsible to hire a team if/when needed!

May be required to attend Food and Beverages Trade Shows.

Experience is required!

Must be a 'people" person(work side by side without issues or concerns)

Work in an office or warehouse is a must! No working from home, even after work hours!

Work life and home life will be kept separate!

SALARY RANGE: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00
