HISTORY OF ATEM COUPS SYSTEM...….what started from zero experience in baking, has led into baking apple pie to creating cheesecakes of different styles to creating CREME CHEESE CHEF LLC as the first business entity.

"As of today, April 15, 2021....COUPS! will become the parenting company over Creme Cheese Chef. By reorganizing the name, this will allow Creme Cheese Chef LLC Enterprise to branch out into different market within the food industry.

CCCLLC: have change business name from Creme Cheese Chef to COUPS! to reflect our products we have to offer to the fantastic customers.

COUPS! will have limited menu to each product which will allow us to spin off certain products such as pizza and pasta where we can expand the menu within each new business entity.

Creme Cheese Chef will be the name of the dessert business including cheesecake featuring thin style cheesecake.

Creme Cheese Chef LLC or CCCLLC: will be the registered name.

CCCLLC: business goal is become part of the stock market throughout the as it continues to grow throughout the world!

Finishing up another product that will be added into Creme Cheese Chef bakery and ice cream store.

If everything goes the way I am hoping and praying, the month of April is my target date to make my dream become reality....

It will start off at a weekend marketplace...TBD but once everything has been finalized, I will post the date, time and place for Creme Cheese Chef LLC to be in business.

I do have a target place where I would like to have my place of operation, but it will take time to save for the money.

CCC UPDATE...today I received an early Christmas present that I have been waiting which is reasoning why I kept quiet on Facebook as well.

This afternoon I have received the 'draft' contract to the building located below. This location is where I am looking to start the first business of many places(hoping and praying) to come around the world.

GYS GRILL AND CHILL is located in the old Panera Bread location on the first floor next to JC Penny

This location would have been Creme Cheese Chef business but closed down before opening for personal reasonings.

Sad to see another place here but happy as well. The three months I had this place gave me the understanding that I needed to expand my menu items from what I wanted to opened.

So with the help of watching In the Kitchen with David on QVC gave me the direction I needed to revamp CCCLLC: as a whole business into a different direction than originally planned.

With this directions is where COUPS! was created and how CCCLLC: move forward with many businesses ideas and entities with COUPS! leading the way.

COUPS! is also in the process of getting into the coffee beanery with packages of coffee beans and coffee grounds being sold with COUPS! packaging labels on it. Tea is being planned on the horizon too.

Just like all new start up businesses.....they all take '1 day @A time's....

Relocation to start up COUPS! to Las Vegas where the money flowing freely.. is a possibility too if feasible

As of today, Friday, February 25, 2022...COUPS! has officially changed the business core name to COUPS SYSTEM to reflect the potential growth within startups, investments and acquisitions.

Just like Star Trek and Star Wars did as they travel through the solar systems searching for the beyonds, COUPS SYSTEM will be looking into expanding into area outside of current model of meals, treats and drinks.

Even though it is referred to as "common stock" in corporate offering documents, a share of COUPS SYSTEM stock does not share the same rights traditionally associated with common or preferred stock. It does not include an equity interest, does not pay dividends, cannot be traded, has no securities-law protection, and brings no season ticket purchase privileges. All shareholders receive are voting rights, an invitation to the corporation's annual meeting, and an opportunity to buy exclusive shareholder-only merchandise.Shares of stock cannot be resold, except back to the company for a fraction of the original price. Looking for office space today to lease. Then planning to hire part-time help to help raise money which will be use to establish COUPS SYSTEM as business.

More potential money raised, more potential money to be earned for each person helping to raise money

Once money has been raised, find a industrial location including purchasing of the building that will be used to sell ATEM and COUPS ROASTED COFFEE BEANS AND ROASTED CORN TEA BEANS online and in-stores.

I had updated ATEM COUPS SYSTEM fundraising money to raise money that will help me secure these two locations since Lakeside Mall seem to bust due to no fundraising money!

One building will be used to prepare food and roast coffee beans that will supply the building to the right where customers can come and enjoy delicious treats, drinks and meals. There is a drive-thru at this location too!

Just placed an order of 500 business cards which will have my name on front while having all of the COUPS SYSTEM businesses on the back of each business cards.

Also finishing up COUPS SYSTEM business plan which will hopefully be helpful when meeting with an accounting firm.

Lastly, found a location for an office where business decisions can be made for COUPS SYSTEM going into 2022. Need to start contacting the leasing office now.

The (2) areas that I am going to concentrate moving forward with COUPS SYSTEM is ATEM TREATS & ATEM CHEESECAKE ICE CREAM.

Both will be served in the same style of cups as shown below in the pictures. These cups will be served in 8oz, 12oz, and 16oz with lids. These cups and lids are dishwasher safe which means they no do not need to be thrown away in the recycling bins and be used over as many times as possible!

Reason why COUPS SYSTEM was rejected for the leased office is because the landlord has another business already setup at the same time.

Lesson learned is the size of office is known to look for plus the rent cost as well.

1 step closer to reality.

I went and updated COUPS SYSTEM BUSINESS PLAN for the lease office. I am waiting word back from the leasing agent for letter of intent approval from the landlord. &

If not approved by the landlord, there are more empty leased offices to be looked at.

This business plan is only catering for potential office lease, not overall business plan which is planned for potential investors.

Was rejected by the landlord where I was looking to open an office in. The reasoning was they do not lease to new startup company with no sales history. I even supplied them with a draft business plan plus showing proof that I would personally pay the lease rent until COUPS SYSTEM starting to bring in money on it own but they still rejected the letter of intent.

Discourage yes but still take it as lesson learned in the of capitalism.

Continue to work on business plan plus make an appointment with a accounting firm.

Creme Cheese Chef LLC has officially changed to COUPS System on Facebook

Without the great founders of food capitalism like Hershey S Milton(Hershey Milk Chocolate) and John Stith Pemberton(Coca Cola), treats we enjoyed to drink or snack on today would not exits without them and many more of our yesteryears.

Reason why I am showcasing the land I would like to purchase to be able to build on as the first site of ATEM place to eat, drink and enjoy for the next one hundred years plus along side of the Hershey bar and coca cola drink.

Yes I know I have shown others area too for the past few years but with continuous jobs losses has pissed me off to move to make COUPS SYSTEM into a reality starting with ATEM place of drinks and treats.....first of many more to be built and served for the next 2 centuries.

No or but only grit and determination to move forward with this plan.

Remember that Hershey Million purchase land, built a factory, hired employees and built homes for his employees and family even before having the milk chocolate ingredients developed as we know Hershey as it is today.

Without Hershey, there would be no recess pieces peanut butter cups, not mars bars, nor m&m plus many more delicious treats.

The landlord was so impressed with the updated COUPS SYSTEM BUSINESS PLAN, he has requested a credit report on me since I cannot generate a sales report to him. I was told by the leasing agent this morning.....

Yesterday and today were amazing days for COUPS SYSTEM.

Yesterday received the official COUPS SYSTEM business cards which showcases my name on the front while the back showcases every business under the COUPS SYSTEM Enterprise.

Today did a walk thru on the potential office for COUPS SYSTEM which has 4 offices where meetings, planning and fund raising ideas that will help established all of COUPS SYSTEM Enterprise "1 STEP @A TIME"

Waiting for Letter of Intent to be emailed me so I can review per our discussion today. Once received, appointment to an accounting firm will be the next step.

I never thought of using franchising for any of COUPS SYSTEM businesses but I am reconsidering from watching the lineup of people just to buy delicious cookies from Crumbl Cookies while the expansion of these stores being opened.

Even getting recommendations from people trying samples of ATEM SNACKEROO SNACKS TREATS that they would definitely visit location once locations are opened.

One waitress this morning said she really enjoy the sample I gave her with her morning coffee. Long friend over 50 years really enjoyed her cup of coffee with a delicious treat I gave her last week. And yesterday, a young lady really enjoyed the ATEM SNACKEROO SNACKS TREAT I have her to sample. She ate it really quick.

This is how ATEM CS can be franchised with each product lineup separately or as "one".

Now I have 1 creme brule (minus the sugar topping) and 1 cottage chees cheesecake sitting in my refrigerator.

Note...the creme brule cheesecake will be ready tomorrow. Sugar is recommended to be added and melted when ready to eat.

As I prepare to make my daughter lunch since she is working tonight, it has been a pretty great week for CCC business.

Ive decided on a location which hopefully will be the 1st of many CCC bakery shops around the world. Details of location will be shown once all the t's are crossed and all the i's has been dotted.....

I also met a lady who specializes in working with start up companies such as mine going into the food business which includes writing a business plan. I need to make an appointment with her next week to get my business plan created so I can get the necessary tax ids from the state level and federal level so I can move forward to make CCC become reality.

Im starting to understand what they mean that Rome was not built in a day. Making this kind of decision to create a business is very time consuming but thankfully for my family, friends and fb friends showing their positive support which makes me very excited about this business.

This moves was to create ATEM SNACKEROO SNACKS TREATS as main food items while being supportive by COUPS COFFEE BLENDS known for delicious coffee and more and SHAKERAROO SHAKE known for cold delicious shakes without having a brain freeze affect.

Also will be included SJOES IN A BOAT, chicken wings and 1 homemade soup...for the start.

PIZZA@PASTA and Creme Cheese Chef will become stand alone companies within themselves.

Creme Cheese Chef will become a full blown bakeries which will serve fresh bread, treats and cheesecakes including thin_style cheesecakes, 9 in round cheesecake and 10in square triple cheesecake served on a waffle base with no sugar added into the cheesecake. A cinnamon_sugar creme brulee topping will be optional topping per request.

Decided to reorganize due to amount of time creating the perfect business plan. By separating all into 3 different categories, creating the perfect business plan per each layout better details with less of a headache when writing.

Each of the changes will occur over the next 3 years, maybe sooner, starting with ATEM stores.

Each ATEM stores will be built on 1.35 acres to 1.5 acres with cost of each land purchase to be approximately $500,00.00 including all fees.

ATEM stand alone stores will approximately 2500 per square footage. There will be one drive-thru to serve the customers in their vehicles. Payment will required only debt cards or credit cards since ATEM will become a cashless business. Customers over the age of 70(I'd required) will be served free food and drinks with a maximum limited order. Children under the age of 4 will be free with a paying customer(s). Payment of credit/debit cards will be accepted at the time of ordering will credit card machines at the ordering station outside of store. Inside of store, ordering will be done at a walk-up kiosk with payment to be done once order has been completed. No order will be done at any counter but a station will be setup to be used by employee(s) only to assist customers in a case of emergencies.

COUPS SYSTEM will allow franchising to each stores but COUPS SYSTEM will own the land each stores are built on where the franchise will pay lot rent plus percentage of stores sales back to COUPS SYSTEM.

Better details will be written once an agreements has been written.

COUPS SYSTEM will have online website where ATEM SNACKEROO SNACKS treats and COUPS COFFEE BLENDS roasted coffee beans and roasted corn tea can be ordered with baking, roasting, packaging and shipment will be done in a warehouse facility separately from stand alone stores.

Other items such as pizza dough, sauces for pizza and pasta, cheesecakes will be prepared in a facility for now on paper but not in stand alone stores.

2 years later, name changed to ATEM COUPS SYSTEM with a website www.atemcoupssystem.com and muffin-donuts being the star of the show!

As Jeff Bezos did with Amazon and Mark Zuckerberg did with Facebook....I want to do this same with COUPS! and rule the food world both online and in stores....

I am looking to sell coffee bags either grounded or roasted beans online to help jumpstart COUPS! business plan. I am also looking to sell D-CUPS donuts online if anyone may be interested in purchasing....

Completed shrink wrapping the keto cheesecake I made last night. Now it is in the freezer before shipping to my mom where she will follow the instructions how to care for the cheesecake once received including freezing again before serving. The instructions will be placed inside of the shipping box as well.

Note....this is the 2nd time of shrink wrapping but the first time of shipping to be eaten.....fingers cross plus as well.
